What Is Stretch Therapy?

A one-on-one experience that is designed to relieve stress tension and trauma from the body bringing back its natural range of motion. Using deep tissue stretching, its active release will increase flexibility blood flow, and energy while reducing pain.

  • We want our members to feel relaxed and comfortable doing their sessions. Making it a safe environment to work and communicate one on one with a therapist.

  • Sessions can last from 30 minutes to 55 minutes based on your preference.

  • Recommended comfortable loose-fitting clothes or activewear along with socks.
